Delve (delve.video) is operated by CallRise LLC ("Delve", "we", "us"). Payments for Delve are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also handles refunds on our behalf. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one. Questions: [email protected].
If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund of a subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. After 14 days, the current billing period is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if the credits are unused. Once credits have been spent to process content, that portion is non-refundable, because real processing costs (AI transcription and analysis) have already been incurred. If only some of the purchased credits have been used, we can refund the unused portion at our discretion.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. Consumers in the EU and UK, for example, have a statutory right of withdrawal; where required by law, we honor it even if it differs from the terms above. Note that beginning to use a digital service (e.g. spending credits to process content) may end a statutory withdrawal right where the law allows.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt, and tell us what you'd like refunded. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
