Terms of Service

Delve (delve.video) is operated by CallRise LLC ("Delve", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Delve. By creating an account or using Delve, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: [email protected].

1. The service

Delve is a knowledge platform that processes publicly available content — YouTube videos and podcast episodes — to produce transcripts, summaries, concepts, Q&A, and related study material, and lets you search and explore that material. Delve is a study and research tool; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators or platforms whose content it analyzes.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• Delve is currently invite-only; there is no open self-registration.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Delve.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

When using Delve, you agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its output as your own product.
• Scrape, bulk-export, or systematically extract data from Delve except through features we provide for that purpose.
• Circumvent plan limits, credit limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use Delve to infringe intellectual property, violate any law, or harass others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

4. Content & intellectual property

• Our property. The Delve software, interface, and the way we organize and present information are owned by CallRise LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws.
• Third-party content. Transcripts, summaries, and analysis are derived from content created and owned by third parties. Those rights remain with their owners; Delve provides commentary, search, and study tooling over publicly available material and does not claim ownership of the underlying works.
• Your content. You retain ownership of the annotations, highlights, notes, and collections you create. By creating them you grant Delve a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display them as needed to operate the service. Annotations are public by default; paid accounts can make them private.

5. Plans, billing & credits

• Paid plans and one-time credit packs are described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, and applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Credits are the unit of processing on Delve (roughly one piece of content processed per credit). Monthly subscription credits accumulate for up to 3 months; credits from one-time packs do not expire.
• We may change prices or plan features with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period except as described in the Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Delve is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and answers may contain errors or omissions and are not a substitute for the original content or for professional advice. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallRise LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Delve. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CallRise LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. You may stop using Delve at any time. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page and update the effective date; material changes affecting paid plans will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
